Day 1: Arrival in Paro
In Paro you will met representative from Bhutan Abbot Tours and will drive you to hotel. After brief fresh up in the hotel visit begins your orientation tour viz Drugyal Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, Rinpung Dzong, Ta Dzong (national museum).
Stroll around the township of Paro.
Day 2: Drive to Thimphu.
Today you will be driving to Thimphu; capital of this Kingdom. On the way stop by the model of iron chain Bridge which was built by the famous Tibetan master who was not only responsible in building bridges but also took a vital role in unifying this Kingdom.
In Thimphu visit; school of thirteen arts and craft, institute of traditional medicine science, Paper factory, Sangaygang view point, followed by mini zoo. Latter in the evening drive to Tashichhoe Dzong and visit main courtyard and the main shrine.

Day 3: Drive to Punakha
Before leaving Thimphu visit National Memorial Chhorten, five miles away from Thimphu lies an oldest fort in the country stop by the view point. Where now is for institute for cultural studies. Continue your drive up the hill reaching Dochula; the place with the stunning views of the Himalayan mountains. Not only is the view of the mountains beauty of the place further enhanced by Druk Wangyal Chhorten built by the eldest queen mother. Sitting in the car for long its good to stretch your legs and body by hiking to famous Chime Lhakhang; this is miles away before reaching hotel. Until 1955 Punakha served as the capital of this Kingdom which now is the winter residence for the monastic community and the Chief Abbot. Visit Dzong which is dramatically situated in between two rivers of the Punakha valley.

Day 4: Drive to Trongsa.
This day is the long drive of about 6 hour but it is a journey you are not likely to forget; the scenery is certainly stunning. You continue down the highly cultivated valley to the town of Wangduephodrang. Where there is a very large fortress built in the shape of sleeping bull. . Leaving Wangdue province the road winds up the way through impressive cliff sides and to Pelela (3,350mtrs). Descending from the other side it is a long way down to Trongsa, which can be clearly seen for many miles distant. Trongsa fort is the largest in the country and it was from here that the present royal family emerged as the most powerful force at the beginning of the last century.

Day 5: Trongsa
After your breakfast drive to the fort to witness the annual festival. These is an opportunity to mingle with the Bhutanese crowed and enjoy their happy company. Throughout the day there will be mask dance and Buddhist ceremony. People come from all around to attend and exchange gossip, look for marriage partners, pick up, “merit†in their search of escaping the wheel of life or perhaps just to have a thoroughly good time with the friends. Wander around the township of Trongsa and also visit Ta- Dzong which has been converted into museum recently.

Day 6: Drive to Gangtay Gonpa
Today you will be driving to the famous black-necked crane. Before leaving Gangtay you can visit either festival or Kunga Rabten Palace. It is now vacant and depilated but contains fine library of rare Himalayan books. In Gangtay you can either rest in the peaceful vicinity of the lodge, or there a plenty of local walks, including bird watching and the visit to Goemba which overlooks the valley.
Day7: Drive back to Paro.
Today you will be driving all the way back to Paro. Where you will have a chance to do a last minute shopping or just wander around the township.

Day 8: Hike to Tiger’s nest
Today you visit the Paro valley, site of the famous tiger nest, Taktshang Monastery. The monastery is perched at some 900m up on the cliff overlooking the valley and was said to be where the legendary Indian saint, Guru Rinpochhe, flew from Tibet on the back of female Tiger to subdue demons, who were opposing the spread of Buddhism in the Kingdom.
Day 9: Board a flight
A sensational take – off and scenic Himalayan flight past Jhomolhari Bhutan’s seconds’ highest mountain.
